Recharges to sub tenants

We check and organise recharges:

• Are all permitted head lease costs recharged to sub tenants?
• Part sublet – no sub meter but are costs being recharged?
• Fully sublet – is sub tenant paying own utilities and not client?
• Are sub tenants being recharged buildings insurance?
