We are a team dedicated to saving companies money on their property overheads through:

Our aim is to operate in a friendly, communicative and transparent way, delivering maximum savings in the shortest time.
Our success is reinforced by our existing or previous clients requesting that we carry out further work for them.
Our recovery work is entirely self financing as we only charge a fee when you bank the money we recover.
Profit and Process Consultancy was formed in 2002 by two Chartered Surveyors with substantial property management and auditing experience:
Helen Reed MRICS
After Graduating from Sheffield Hallam University, Helen worked for CBRE, focusing on rent reviews, asset management and rating. In 1999 Helen moved into the field of property cost auditing, working for a recovery firm specialising in property costs. She achieved outstanding recovery levels, taking the lead in property audits for several clients over a number of years before setting up Profit and Process. She has worked with clients such as Natwest, Co-op, Iceland, Punch Taverns, Liverpool John Lennon Airport and more.
Peter Charnley MRICS
Since graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 1994, Peter has been responsible for managing a wide variety of commercial and residential property portfolios throughout England, Scotland and Wales. His experience includes setting up and heading a new Property Management Department for a 1,000 strong property portfolio of the pub operator, Spirit Group. As a property investor himself and therefore having a personal interest in minimising ownership costs, Peter utilised his skills to set up Profit and Process and help create a dedicated team to drive down, claim back and manage property costs.
